Our heritage has a system. The territory wines emphasize the territory they have been growing on. They are dry, white wines that don´t hide their origin. The grapes of one variety and site are harvested by hand and mastered carefully. After at least half a year of ripening in the cellar, we fill them in bottles.

Ciringa is somehow like the little brother of Zieregg, even though the wines from the Slovenian side of the hill are in no way inferior. Ciringa is coralline limestone soil and, therefore, a warranty for absolute preciseness. Like it´s made solely for Sauvignon Blanc.

2002/03/06/13/14/2015Enjoy a vertical of vintages 2002-2003-2006-2013-2014-2015. Arachon T.FX.T is a joint venture of friends in wine Szemes, FX. Pichler and Tement. Deep ruby red with violet hue. The bouquet is of blackberries, sweet cherries and nuances of coffee and spices. The palate is full-bodied with pleasant berry juiciness and structured tannins, mineral terroir following through to a red current finish with a touch of dark chocolate.

MuskatellerMilk chocolate 40% filled with Gelber Muskateller white wine ganache and wine raisins.nThe Gelber Muskateller is intense on the nose and particularly light on the palate. On the palate it plays with orange blossoms, tangerines, peaches and apples. For the chocolate, the Gelber Muskateller is dressed with elderflower, to which is added orange juice, some grappa from Zotter and tipsy raisins that have bathed in this wonderful wine to slip into the milk chocolate and white chocolate filling. Covered with sweet milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.

Sauvignon BlancDark milk chocolate 50% filled with sauvignon blanc white wine ganache.nThe signature wine that is flavorful with fresh citrus aromas, local yellow fruit, elderberry and cassis. To reflect the flavor profile of sauvignon blanc, the white wine is enhanced with elderflower, then flows into a milk chocolate filling. This is accompanied by some grappa from Zotter and a squeeze of lemon. A wafer-thin fruity currant coating on top and sweet caramel coating on the bottom. Covered with milk chocolate with 50% cocoa power.

VerjusThe non-alcoholic version: Verjus is a grape juice made from young, green grapes and has a refreshingly sour taste. The verjus flows into a chocolate filling of sweet caramel couverture, white chocolate and a touch of hazelnut nougat. Wafer-thinly framed with dark chocolate and topped with a high-proof, not very sweet milk chocolate with an amazing 60% cocoa content.
