Alfred VermouthThe fine dark aperitif chocolate: the vermouth flows into a filling of dark chocolate combined with milk chocolate and a little hazelnut nougat, plus a little honey. Covered in dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content.

ZOTTER Chocolate
MuskatellerMilk chocolate 40% filled with Gelber Muskateller white wine ganache and wine raisins.nThe Gelber Muskateller is intense on the nose and particularly light on the palate. On the palate it plays with orange blossoms, tangerines, peaches and apples. For the chocolate, the Gelber Muskateller is dressed with elderflower, to which is added orange juice, some grappa from Zotter and tipsy raisins that have bathed in this wonderful wine to slip into the milk chocolate and white chocolate filling. Covered with sweet milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.

More than 15 years ago we started taking the first steps towards organic farming. We are now in the phase to convert to biodynamics. A logical step for us and a beginning without end. Every year we learn something new, observe nature and get closer to it bit by bit. We see our business as a form of modern circular economy in which wine is part of an overall concept. Partnerships with horse and cattle farmers have just as much space here as the use of the company’s own forest for energy production. Wine as a way of life.
