OS. These wines tell a story — of a truly singular experience, crafted without the addition of sulfur. On the nose, notes of green pear, apple, pomelo, and flint, with delicate hints of white blossoms and pineapple. A taut, linear acidity carries the palate, supported by subtle citrus bitterness and biscuit-like nuances. The finish is astonishingly long, with a salty, mineral character and a refined, glossy texture.
