A part of the 2018 harvest from the historical part of single vineyard Zieregg remained in the barrel and has now been bottled after more than 78 months sur lie in big casks with the addition of ‘XT’. ‘XT’ stands for ‘Extra Time – Extra Terroir – Extra Tement’. In short: a wine that has matured to perfection for us.

Fascinating combination of fruit and meadow herbs. Grapefruit, apple peel, guava, hops, walnuts paired with flinty and decent tobacco notes. Weinstock Alte Reben presents immensely complex, juicy and salty in the palate. Impressive tension and length. Give some air – decanting recommended.

Best of the best from our Ciringa vineyards. Vinified only in extraordinary vintages. Small berries with great acidity structure. Fresh, greenish lemon notes and herbal-spicy aromas take the lead. Outstanding vintage 2017.

Treat. Old vines grown on clayey marl soil. The Blauer Zweigelt grapes were matured 72 months in small oak barrels. Delicate notes of red berries and plum. Very light in alcohol with soft tannins.
