Vinification: After natural fermentation 18-24 months on the lees in neutral oak casks.
STK Premier Cru
These single-vineyard wines are made from late-harvest grapes from outstanding STK Rieden (single vineyards). Vines must be at least twelve years old. Yields are limited to 4500 litres per hectare. Only wines that have proved themselves on the market to have the potential to mature for at least five years qualify for this classification.

Best of the best from our Ciringa vineyards. Vinified only in extraordinary vintages. Small berries with great acidity structure. Fresh, greenish lemon notes and herbal-spicy aromas take the lead. Outstanding vintage 2019.

Big bottle time. The grape variety Morillon is internationally known as Chardonnay. Very elegant and puristic wine. Hints of chocolate, quince and lemon zest. Fine acidity structure with long finish.

More than 15 years ago we started taking the first steps towards organic farming. We are now in the phase to convert to biodynamics. A logical step for us and a beginning without end. Every year we learn something new, observe nature and get closer to it bit by bit. We see our business as a form of modern circular economy in which wine is part of an overall concept. Partnerships with horse and cattle farmers have just as much space here as the use of the company’s own forest for energy production. Wine as a way of life.
