Gelber Muskateller

Our top single vineyard for Gelber Muskateller. The vines grow on red sand. Clear and crispy aroma of limes with spicy undertones. Hints of lemongrass as well as cool, mineral and pure taste delight the palate.

The red sand soil of single vineyard Steinbach Fürst provides perfect conditions for Gelber Muskateller. The combination of the warm soil with the ideal ripeness of the grapes creates a very balanced wine with finesse.

After natural fermentation 22 months sur lie, maturation in stainless steel tank. Ageing potential 10 years and more.

Our favorite to fried chicken, BBQ and Asian infused kitchen.

Our Standards

More than 15 years ago we started taking the first steps towards organic farming. We are now in the phase to convert to biodynamics. A logical step for us and a beginning without end. Every year we learn something new, observe nature and get closer to it bit by bit. We see our business as a form of modern circular economy in which wine is part of an overall concept. Partnerships with horse and cattle farmers have just as much space here as the use of the company’s own forest for energy production. Wine as a way of life.
