The year 2017 will go down as one of the greatest vintages in our history. We also took advantage of the opportunity to leave the parcel "Riff" of single vineyard Grassnitzberg to mature in a large barrel for a total of 42 months on the lees.
The wine was not filtered and impresses with complex minerality, a deeply-woven structure and an unimaginable drinking pleasure. Moreover, blackcurrants, pickled raspberries and freshly squeezed lemons guarantee a true feast for the senses.

With the end of the 2018 vintage we made it public and started a never ending journey. Year after year we understand a tiny bit more. Now we grow not on acreage but on responsibilities.
