Known as Chardonnay in all other wine regions, only in Styria this wine is known as "Morillon". Due to our slow and careful maturation in large and neutral oak barrels, jucy and versatile flavors add to harmonious, almost fresh fruit sweetness.
With some time and air notes of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and roasted almond fill the nose.
May be drunk young, yet after 2-3 years bottle ageing the wine is even better.
A great addition to veal with porcini mushrooms.
