Time for big bottles! In the deep nose this exceptional vintage shows a slender, smoky flavour spectrum underlaid with elegance and limestone spices. Incredibly mineral and structured. Air helps bring out aromas reminiscent of salt lemon and pineapple as well as thyme, gooseberries and camphor. Palate fuming minerality, salt flowers and preserved lemons.
