Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
The grapes for this sweet wine were obtained exclusively from our most important single-vineyard Zieregg. This blend of Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Morillon (15%) goes very well with desserts. Delicate bouquet of pineapple and apricot.
