Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
This single-vineyard is adjacent to Grassnitzberg but more sun-exposed. Aromatic bouquet of cloves, marshmallow, grapes and mint that is reflected by refreshing, lively flavours on the palate.
It goes well with Asian cuisine. The new vintage is spicy in a fine way and distinguished by pleasing mineral notes.
