Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Temento Sweet is a blend of the varieties Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc. Its refined bouquet is characterised by pineapple, quince and grapefruit aromas.
The refreshing acidity contributes flavour and freshness to the wine. Temento Sweet goes well with fruity desserts and cheese.
