Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Temento Green is a blend of the varieties Welschriesling (70%) and Sauvignon Blanc (30%).
This fruity wine with apple, white pear and asparagus notes followed by crisp green fruit on the palate and a lively acidity goes very well with starters.
