The lime-free gravel soil of Sernau, deposited by the river Drau thousands of years ago, enables the roots of the vine to grow rapidly into the water bearing strata.

Typical Sauvignon Blanc aroma of gooseberry as well as herbaceous aromas of fennel, savory and dill. A distinctive minerality and spice on the palate, thanks to the unique terroir.
