Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Pino. T is a blend of Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Blanc (40%) and Pinot Gris (5%).
This wine is made from grapes that are exclusively obtained from single-vineyard Sulz. This is the 7th vintage that impresses with elegant, fruity notes of mandarine and ripe apple.
It is ideal to drink after two to three years of bottle ageing.
