Morillon Steinberg – von Kalkböden
The variety Morillon is better known as Chardonnay outside Styria.
During the maturation process in large oak barrels the wine remained in contact with the yeast.
It shows very complex aromas that are reflected on the palate. A delicate fragrance of applesauce and banana on the nose with a nice flavour of brioche on the palate. Ideal to drink in one to two years.
