Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Elegant fragrance of ripe greengage, yellow pear and rhubarb. The vinous, mineralic taste is accompanied by a cool acidity. Maturation in large oak barrels. Ideal to drink after one to two years of bottle ageing.
