philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines
express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the
grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand.
Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding
quality that show great ageing potential.
Well-balanced
aromas of pepper, hay and gooseberry on the nose. Elegant on the palate with
floral typicity and a tightly-knit structure. Typical terroir notes can be
noticed.
