On the south-east facing slopes of Grassnitzberg the comparatively cool temperatures at night and the shell-limestone soil result in a wine with cool and spicy Sauvignon Blanc aromas.

This vintage shows a very fruity bouquet of yellow pepper and currant. Cool, vibrant acidity on the palate, with a long finish.

You can enjoy this wine right now, but usually it develops its typical terroir notes after three years.
