Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Pleasant aromas of lemon balm, white peach and mint. Tastes spicy in a fine way and is distinguished by a well-balanced acidity typical of the variety. This fresh and fruity wine makes an excellent aperitif.
