Domaine Ciringa

Some years ago we planted Sauvignon Blanc vines on Slovenian territory right next to our single-vineyard Zieregg.

The microclimate is similiar to the one in Zieregg and in combination with the shell-limestone and cambisol soils it provides ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon Blanc.

The name of our winery in Slovenia is DOMAINE CIRINGA. The first harvest was in 2009. Now the new Fosilni Breg 2011 is on the market. The fossil on the especially designed label was found in the vineyards.

The burgundy bottle signals elegance and value. Aromas of peaches, herbs and pepper. Mineralic and puristic in taste. Fine acidity structure.
