Our philosophy is that a great wine should reflect the land of its origin.
Our wines express the unique terroir of our most important single-vineyards. Once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness, they are picked by hand. Fermentation and maturation usually take place in large or small oak barrels.
We produce perfectly balanced terroir wines of outstanding quality that show great ageing potential.
Single-vineyard Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc
Small basin-shaped single-vineyard with south-east facing slopes and a combination of sand and shell-limestone soils.
In autumn a particularly marked difference between day- and night-time temperatures results in wines with a typical, elegant spiciness and a vibrant aroma.
